Reduce Your Carbon Footprint With Wattson

The Wattson allows you a direct and simple means of understanding just how much energy your home consumes. The gadget has a sensor which takes a measurement of overall domestic energy consumption as well as assessing individual appliances. It displays the reading as a number and also with an ambient red light that dims according to how much power your electronics are sucking through the outlets (which makes it a great educational and interactive nightlight for kids).
On top of its utility, the Wattson has a lovely clean wood meets space-age design, not the kind of device you want to hide in the closet.
The Wattson works wirelessly, so that you can take readings anywhere throughout the house, even for machines in standby mode. You can learn about your power use in terms of wattage or in terms of costs (in this case, dollars). You may find your microwave costs you 50 pounds a year just to tell the time so it can help cut cost in those areas.
The device stores energy data, which can be downloaded onto your computer for long-term chronological reports on your home’s energy consumption. The computer connection also enables Wattson users to join online conversations about effective strategies for reducing energy use, and to compare their own discoveries with those in similar domestic circumstances
The Wattson cost around £150 or $300 and can be brought here

Mercedes Benz CL 65 AMG 40th Anniversary Edition
In order to mark the 40th anniversary of Mercedes’ high performance brand AMG, they are offering a 40th Anniversary Edition of their CL65. The limted edition with only 40 being made, will be offered with a new type of paint finish that will reflect the prestigous brand.
Under the bonnet will be AMG’s 6.0 litre V12 Biturbo which produces 612bhp(450kW) and a staggering 1000Nm torque, enough torque to tow your house and the garage. AMG’s characteristic engine carries the monster 2240kg body to 62mph(100km/h) in just 4.4secs and over the quarter mile stretch in 13.3secs, now datscool!!!
To stop this two tonne beast, AMG have equipped the Limited Edition CL65 with its twin sliding caliper braking system. The high-performance brake system has set new standards for stopping power, sensitivity and resistance to fading. This new technology combines the advantages of a floating-caliper brake which lower’s heat transfer to the brake fluid and significantly enhances braking. To add to the car AMG has included 20″ polished twin-spoke forged rims that fit nicely on such a big car. There’s nothing worst then a big car with small wheels so we’re glad that AMG did not spare any expense in that department.
The Mercedes Benz CL 65 AMG 40th Anniversary Edition cost $295,000.
