Canon EOS 5D Mark II Digital SLR
It has been a three year wait but the successor to Canon’s EOS 5D has finally arrived with the announcement of the Canon EOS 5D Mark II. It has been well worth the wait as the new camera is the first to record 1920x1080p video. Canon claims that 4GB’s will give you up to 12 minutes of high def video with monoaural sound. You can also take photos while recording a movie, the camera will pause the recording, take the picture and then resume recording.
The camera supports up to 21.1 megapixels, uses Canon’s DIGIC 4 imaging processor, an ISO range of 100-6400, 3-inch LCD and a 15 point autofocus sensor.
You can buy the Canon for $2,699 or get it in a kit for $3,499 which includes the EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM zoom lens.
